Join us for a walk in memory of our daughter, Kennady. Walk or roll 1, 2, or 3 miles around Fox Brook Park Lake to raise money and awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Proceeds from the walk will go towards Dr. Brian Kaspar's Gene Therapy for SMA. With proper funding, trials can get into the human population by 2012!

Fox Brook Parking: A standard parking fee of $3 per car will be collected by Fox Brook Park the day of the event.
Time: Registration starts at 9 am and the walk will begin approximately at 10 am. There is a mile long paved walkway around a lake at Fox Brook Park. We ask that each participant completes 2+ laps. All participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to starting the walk.
Donations: A minimum $25 donation per adult is required and $15 per child. Each participant will receive a walk t-shirt as well as lunch served after the walk. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase during the registration period for themed raffle baskets! If you are unable to participate in the event and wish to donate to the cause, please fill out the form below and enter your donation amount in the "Addition Donation" field.
Please register below before September 20, 2011. Registration will close online by midnight September 21, 2011. We ask that people register in advance to assure everyone gets an event t-shirt and that there is enough food to go around. Those that wish to participate after the deadline may still register the day of the event, but t-shirts are not guaranteed.

Online registration for the walk is now closed. If you wish to attend, but did not get the chance to register online, we would still love you to come the day of the walk! Registration is $25 for adults. Unfortunately, t-shirts will be limited so as much money can go towards research as possible, so an event t-shirt may not be available for those that register the day of the walk. Please join us for coffee before the walk, and lunch & a raffle after the walk.
Additional donations/sponsor donations will be accepted the day of the walk. Donations will continued to be accepted online.
